From growing up in the woods of New York to living in the jungles of Colombia, my love for science has always been a constant. I am pursuing my undergraduate degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Colorado Boulder. I am also receiving a certificate in animals and society. My passions focus on biodiversity conservation and wildlife management. A career I hope to pursue after school. I’ve spent the past four years gaining hands-on experience with NGOs, research, animal handling, and wildlife tracking—work that has connected me to both local communities and international projects. Through this work ive seen the interconnectedness with scientific and social change. My experiences have shaped me into a versatile professional who thrives on challenges and group work.
